What this website gathers, how it is used, and what it does not. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects: gender, date of birth, your stated health level, tobacco history, coverage target, and term preference. These go to the quoting service to return carrier prices and stay with that service only. No name, address, phone, or email is kept by this website for quote requests. Identical repeat requests may be served from a temporary cache to avoid extra quoting-service calls.

Applying

When you apply, your answers prefill the carriers' secure application, which operates under its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), manages all applications.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a subject, and your message. We send this to the agency via email using your email as the reply address. This site keeps no copy, no database, and no record of the message content. A brief browser-side anti-spam check runs before sending.

Measurement

This site uses first-party, cookieless measurement to count visits. No cookies or persistent identifiers are set; the last two IP octets are hidden before storage; referring-page query strings are stripped; logs older than 90 days are removed. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not buy, sell, or share visitor information, run ad networks, or install third-party analytics. The sole third-party code is the application platform on the apply page, loaded only if you navigate there.
